Serbian word order is often described as free. It is not; it is flexible for full words and rigid for small ones, and this exercise is where that difference becomes concrete.

You can move the big pieces around to change emphasis:

Rečenica	Šta se naglašava
Kampanja je počela u maju.	neutralno
U maju je počela kampanja.	kad
Počela je kampanja u maju.	da je počela

But the short unstressed words — je, su, sam, se, ga, joj, bi, ću — cannot go wherever they like. They are enklitike, and they cling to second position in the clause: after the first stressed word or phrase, never at the beginning, never at the end.

That single rule decides most of what you will do below. Kampanja je počela is right; Je kampanja počela is not Serbian at all. And when several of them pile up they have their own fixed order among themselves: li — bi/će — dative — accusative — se — je. Dao mi ga je. Never Dao je mi ga.

The topic, urban agriculture, brings its own vocabulary: plastenik (a polytunnel), bašta na krovu, zadruga (a co-operative — a word with a long history in Serbian, from village households to modern collectives).
