Serbian 401 — going somewhere with somebody, in the case that means together with.
After sa the pronouns take the instrumental, and this set is worth learning as a block because two of the forms look like nothing else in the language.

Mnom and tobom keep nothing of ja and ti. They are simply irregular, and they are also among the most frequent words in spoken Serbian, so they get learned quickly whether you plan to or not.
Note that it is always sa mnom, never "s mnom". The preposition takes its longer form in front of a cluster of consonants — the same reason you hear sa mnom but s tobom is also possible.
And be careful with the feminine. The instrumental is njom; njoj is the dative and locative. Govorim sa njom is I speak with her; govorim njoj would be I speak to her. One letter, two different relationships.
