My and your, in three genders each — practiced on words you already know from English, so all your attention goes to the ending.
Serbian possessives agree with the gender of the thing owned, not the owner. MOJ (my) and TVOJ (your, informal) each have three forms:
moj / tvoj — masculine · moja / tvoja — feminine · moje / tvoje — neuter
To make the gender obvious without extra vocabulary to memorize, this drill uses international words Serbian borrowed as-is: kompjuter, pica, kafa, telefon, auto, banana, čokolada, radio. If you already know the word in English, you already know its Serbian form — just match the ending to MOJ or TVOJ.
1. Ovo je kompjuter.
2. Ovo je pica.
3. Ovo je kafa.
4. Da li je ovo telefon?
5. Da li je ovo čokolada?
6. Ovo je auto.
7. Da li je ovo banana?
8. Ovo je radio.
