This is a continuous text, not a word list, and that changes what you have to do: every gap has to fit the grammar around it, not just the meaning. Look at what comes before and after before you type.

The instrumental one is the interesting case. Činiti nešto nečim — to make something something — puts the result in the instrumental: to ga čini autentičnim i različitim. English has no ending to give you the clue there, so the only way to catch it is to notice the second adjective, različitim, which is already in the instrumental and is telling you what the first one has to look like.
Two words worth keeping. Urbanistički is not urban — that is urbani. Urbanistički means town-planning, from urbanizam, so an urbanistički plan is a zoning plan. And predgrađe is a suburb: pred (before, in front of) + grad. It is neuter, and its plural predgrađa is the form the text needs.

Gradski (public transport) u mom gradu je nepogodan. Saobraćaj je gust i (pollution) je velika. Moj grad je pravi (Balkan, as an adjective) grad. Mnogi misle da ni nema (town-planning) plan, zato što su mnoge kuće u centru grada (old — f. pl., about kuće), a ulice su uske. Međutim, meni to ne smeta. Na neki način ga to čini (authentic — instrumental) i različitim od ostalih evropskih gradova. Nažalost, u poslednje vreme niče sve više novih sivih, (concrete — genitive pl.) zgrada koje liče jedna na drugu. Novi deo grada je (monotonous) i dosadan. Kraj u kojem ja živim je miran i siguran. Nikad nisam osetio (danger), mada ima nekih (suburbs) u koja ne treba zalaziti.
