Serbian adjectives change their ending to match the noun's gender — and the noun's own ending is usually your best clue which one to use.
A quick pattern to lean on: nouns ending in a consonant are usually masculine, nouns ending in -a are usually feminine, and nouns ending in -e or -o are usually neuter. The adjective "good" follows right along:
DOBAR + hamburger / dan / zec (consonant-ending, masc.)
DOBRA + kafa / voda / mama (-a ending, fem.)
DOBRO + veče / dete / selo / odelo (-e/-o ending, neut.)

2. Ovo je kafa.
3. Ovo je veče.
4. Ovo je dan.
5. Ovo je voda.
6. Ovo je dete.
7. Ovo je zec.
